Monday 30th December 2013 I spoke too soon about loads of Barley going in without claims I loaded one this morning at 7.00am which went to Aston Mill near Nantwich, if I had known the destination before hand I wouldn't have bother to load, I have never managed to deliver to any of their mills confident of no claims. Poured with rain this morning. The water was coming off the field above the house and some was disappearing down behind the dryer shed so after breakfast bagged some sand to try and divert it straight down the drive, successfully I might add After lunch I tried to get the water off the road on the bend below the bungalow as it is pouring over the side and down a field of wheat. I found even though the council had supposed to have cleared it back in the autumn some manholes and drain covers were still cover in grass and as a result the gullies were still full of silt. I tried to rod one and appeared to get some movement and thought it best to leave well a lone, afterwards I brought a bag of logs to the garage
