Wednesday 8th January 2014 As forecast a better day this morning. We started the dryer this morning to sort David's barley out, its coming in at 15.6% but needs the dust blown out of it. David brought a load up and we tipped two others then Neil and David went and fetched another two loads up from Ledwyche and then David took and empty trailer back ready for our next day drying. About 3:00 pm the heavans opened and its pour with rain the rest of the afternoon and evening. When it rains we have a temporary but persistent stream down the yard between the house and the grain shed.
