Tired this morning. Very wet over night and extremely windy. First job was to move a telegrah post off the road so that Caroline could go to work luckily the cables were still complete. I Popped to Teme Valley Tractors to look at Computers. The weather deteriated and the wind rose. By the time I returned the Electric was off at Coppice House. Just got the small generator working and made some coffee when the beech tree up rooted itself and collapsed on the dog kennels, both dogs were still in their kennels but I was relieved to see them both running around unhurt. After lunch I went to see Corfields and Linda at Craven Arms Then took the chainsaw to Ted for sharpening, He had had an accident in his car, in the morning as a result of a fallen tree. Mother came up for some hot water and stayed for tea before going back at bed time.
