Brighter than yesterday but still a cool breeze I decided to sort out vehciles ready to move to Norton with the drill. In the morning Steve collected me from Norton where I left the Landrover (which I had to fetch back) I tried to start the challenger but failed and then I wasted the whole day trying The challenger had been started and serviced less than a month ago without any problems now there was not enough life to light the dash board up. I tried various things, the small charger then the tractor jump leads and then I borrowed Davids Starter charger finally I took the batteries to Corfields who pronounced them dead so they ordered a pair of new ones at goodness knows how much. Seemingly the pair need to total 1900 AH crank power. Steve then spread some more Fertiliser. After sorting the batteries I started to move fert with the trailers loading all three for to-morrow David finished working ground ready to drill the beans Then went to spray wheat.
After Tea I popped to Dave at Church Stretton to collect a machine then on to an outstanding Broadband connection which still isn't working. I return home and started setting up the machine I had collected also watched the cricket(exciting)
